FIDE Seminar for International Organizers in Vladivostok, Russia

Objective: To educate and certify Organizers on an international basis. The seminar is co-organised during the Dalnevostok Region Youth Chess Championship by the FIDE Events’ Commission (EVE), the Dalnevostok Federal University with the support of the Russian Chess Federation.

This seminar will be held at Dalnevostok, Russia from November 1 to November 4, 2014. Successful Seminar attendees will grant a FIDE IO Norm necessary for the FIDE IO title application. Detailed IO Titles Regulations here:

Dalnevostok Federal University (DFU), city Vladivostok.

Campus “Russian House”, – It is located in three minutes from DFU.
