Objective: To educate and certify Organizers on an international basis. The seminar is co-organised during the Dalnevostok Region Youth Chess Championship by the FIDE EventsвЂ™ Commission (EVE), the Dalnevostok Federal University with the support of the Russian Chess Federation.
